Online and real time connecting to directories
The Metatude software uses existing directories and databases to retrieve stakeholder information. This way data on customers and employees is up-to-date and doesn’t need duplication. Metatude can connect to multiple directories in different locations via a TCP/IP network.

Dynamic target groups
You can make dynamic target groups by defining rules that apply to the attributes in the directory. This allows you to narrowly define the profile of stakeholders you need for a specific project.

Sample management and response logic
For each project you can define how many responses you need from different target groups. The system will automatically monitor response and manage invitations to collect the right quantities of feedback.

Identifying respondents
The Metatude software recognizes respondents by the unique url they are sent. This way you can control access to dialogues and avoid manipulation or duplicate entries. This also makes for a friendly way of inviting respondents without the need to supply usernames and passwords.

Storage of attributes
Attributes of individual respondent are stored in the result database. This eliminates the need to ask for information that in many cases is already known (like department, gender etc..).

Easy point and click management
You can create, manage and monitor projects from behind your desk using the Metatude Project Manager. Multiple users in different locations can connect to the system simultaneously.

Support for multiple databases
The Metatude software supports Oracle, Microsoft (Access/SQL) and Postgres databases. It can use an existing database and write to databases regardless of location.

Results accessible for other applications
Results are stored in a relational database of your choice. Other applications can access these results. For instance business intelligence platforms can access the data for analysis and reporting. On request, the system can generate results in Microsoft Excel files or SPSS files for further analysis.

Style sheet support for layout
The content and layout of dialogues are separated using XML for the content and style sheets (XSL) for the layout. You can change the layout off dialogues simply by defining a new style sheet. If needed different layouts can be used for different projects.

Platform support
The Metatude components are developed for a wide range of platforms. The server, clients and channel integration components are developed for the most widespread platforms. The Metatude solution can be deployed in nearly every organization without additional investments in IT-infrastructure.

Networking possibilities
All Metatude components as well as webservers, databases and directories can run on separate machines in different places. The Metatude Dialogue Server connects to all these components over a TCP/IP network. This allows for a very flexible deployment.
