| · | Place the Desktop software CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.

| · | Browse to the Project Manager directory on the CD-ROM and double click the file setup.exe.

| · | Press OK to start the installation procedure.

| · | Follow the instructions on the screen.

| · | A message will appear when the installation is completed.
